We connect consumers seeking personal financing solutions with independent, third-party licensed lenders in our participating network.

3. No Guarantee of Approval or Loan Terms

Submission of an inquiry or application through our portal does not guarantee that you will receive a loan offer or be approved by a participating lender. Loan rates, terms, and approval decisions are established exclusively by the independent lenders based on their proprietary underwriting standards and applicable federal and state laws.

4. Credit Inquiries & Authorization

By submitting your information, you authorize USA Lending and our network partners to verify your provided details and perform credit assessments in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Initial pre-qualification reviews involve soft inquiries that do not harm your credit score.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, USA Lending and its officers, directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or any agreement entered into with a third-party lender.
